Neighbourhood Watch Update

The Neighbourhood Watch committee recently met with Garda Linda Byrne. We discussed some of the recent crime activity in the area which was described as not unusual for the time of year. Welcome to Balally Residents Association

Welcome to Balally.com. Balally Residents Association has been in existence for over 50 years. It plays an important role in looking after the interests of residents. We strive to maintain the well being and sense of community within our area on many levels. We host social functions and events for neighbours to enjoy together and ensure that the neighbourhood is maintained as best as it can be while representing all members.
If you are not already a member or are new to the area, we urge you to become a member by getting in touch or contacting a committee representative. We’re always looking for more volunteers to help out so please let us know.
History and Memories of Balally
We need your help to complete this site. Balally has been home to several generations of families since the first residents moved in back in the early 60’s. Every time I meet an older resident of Balally, there is always a story shared from the past, so now we’d love to record these stories and information here and build a gallery of photos through the decades. Please share your memories and photos and be sure to ask your neighbours who may not use computers to get involved too.

Our Balally Residents Association AGM will take place in St. Olaf’s School Hall at 8pm on Thursday 24th October this year.

This is an opportunity to hear from our members. Please voice your concerns, issues or suggestions so that we can all work together to make Balally a great, safe, clean and fun estate to live in. A place we can be proud of! This year we will serve teas & coffee after the meeting so a chance to all have a quick chat and a catch up after the summer. If you cannot attend, please let us know or send us a message with your concerns/feedback by just completing the contact us form on this website.
