Welcome to Balally.com. Balally Residents Association has been in existence for over 50 years. It plays an important role in looking after the interests of residents. We strive to maintain the well being and sense of community within our area on many levels. We host social functions and events for neighbours to enjoy together and ensure that the neighbourhood is maintained as best as it can be while representing all members.
If you are not already a member or are new to the area, we urge you to become a member by getting in touch or contacting a committee representative. We’re always looking for more volunteers to help out so please let us know.
I’m trying to pay my membership subscription but don’t have a paypal account & don’t want one, can I not pay with my credit card. When I go online I am automatically directed to paypal. Maybe you an help.

Our payment is processed by PayPal, but you don’t (always) need to create an account. Instead you can click the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button on the initial PayPal page, and it should allow you to pay directly as a guest. Note that this may not be available from all networks, desktop/home network may give the option, while mobile may not allow it consistently. This is defined by PayPal rather than Balally.com
